Featuring a remarkable male and female pair of giant flower beetles (Mecynorrhina torquata immaculicollis) with their wings adorned in layers of fine 24ct gold leaf, burnished to a high reflective shine. The female beetle rests above the male, forming the largest pair of this species I have ever seen.
