Payment Terms

Regrettably reserving items is no longer possible, all items are to be paid in full at time of purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Returns will only be accepted on postage damaged items, and all claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. Any claim made after 24 hours is soley at the discretion of Skullpturas. All returned packages must be by Signed For postage within 7 days of confirmation that a return will be accepted – please keep proof of postage in case the item is lost by Royal Mail – we cannot be responsible for this, and will not refund packages sent unrecorded should they go missing. Postage will not be refunded. Items will only be refunded once they have been inspected and are found to be in the same condition as described at the point of refund confirmation.

For custom orders /commissions returns are not accepted unless the item is received damaged.

Please check the package before accepting it, and if it shows signs of damage refuse to sign for it. This will mean the package is returned to us and we will be able to investigate and issue a refund where apropriate.

Should the packaging show no sign of damage but the item be faulty/damaged upon opening, please follow the steps outlined above.

Refunds in all instances will only be issued once the item is received back.

Import taxes apply to certain countries, the buyer is responsible for paying this where applicable.

 

Postage

Items will be posted to the invoiced address so please double check before finalising payment.

For non-custom items we aim to post within 48 hours of payment, for payments made Fri-Sun this will be the following Monday. We use Royal Mail Second Class Signed For, however if you require your item sent via an alternative postage method please contact us and we will be happy to arrange.

For custom items and commissions the processing times will vary, we will advise of this when ordering and update regularly.

Second Class postage aims to arrive within 4 days but can take as long as four weeks (particularly during December), and lost item claims are not permitted before this. Should your item not arrive within the allotted time please contact us and we will do our best to assist, however we are not responsible for the performance of Royal Mail.

For items posted out of the UK, please note this may also take up to a month, and many customs can hold an item for a further 40 days without notice – all charges for this are the buyers’ responsibility. It is the buyers’ responsibility to check import laws to your country (and obtain all applicable paperwork if necessary), we will not take responsibility nor will we issue a refund should an item be confiscated or destroyed by customs. Should the item be returned to us by customs, we will refund the initial payment minus all postage costs incurred, and less any damage. In purchasing an item from Skullpturas you accept responsibility for importation of the item and all costs incurred – these cannot be paid by us.

 

Christmas Post

For any orders in December please take into account that the last advised postage date is usually the 15th (although this does not guarantee delivery by Christmas). For overseas orders please ensure you have purchased before the 5th (again not a guarantee for pre-Christmas delivery). We cannot refund items or postage for missed delivery dates / items taking longer than expected.
